Black River High School is a public high school located in Sullivan, Ohio.

The school colors are black and gold. The mascot is the Pirate. The school fight song is Ohio State's "Fight the Team Across the Field." The school is a member of the Patriot Athletic Conference (PAC-10).

To graduate students must need one full year of a Fine Arts and earn a minimum of twenty-one (21) credits. Students in the graduating class of 2014 and beyond must have fulfilled the Financial Literacy graduation requirement, as well as a fourth year Mathematics course.

Students are also given the opportunity to go to the Medina County Career Center during their Junior and Senior year.
